DEKO L3101 primer varnish for concrete (used in the system with DEKO iL3101 hardener)
It is a primer-type varnish, which is used to seal the pores of the concrete and create an adherent support for the epoxy or polyurethane floors applied later. It is used to protect concrete surfaces as a primer before applying an epoxy, polyurethane or epoxy enamel floor.
